Cooking classes with the Body Doctor are all about quick, easy and healthy meals. It's a hands-on experience; we first watch the chef prepare the dishes and teach us the finer points that a recipe cannot show. Then under the chef's watchful eye, we sharpen our blades and get chopping. Once the hard work is done we all sit down and eat. If a glass of vino complements the meal, who am I to argue!
