‘How to Make Every Bite Count’ is a great resource that describes the nutritional building blocks that babies and toddlers need in order to get a healthy start in life. In addition to plenty of information regarding iron, zinc, omega-3s and protein, this brochure details the various consistencies of foods that are needed at different points in the child’s development. It is practical too, with several easy and healthy recipes to follow. For each recipe, there is a food consistency ‘key’ to show you how to get it right for your child. The brochure was overviewed and approved by the Dietitians Association of Australia.
