Consultations

First Visit - 60min

In our first session we will undertake a complete nutritional health assessment and we will create a dietary program that is specific to your needs. We will identify your health and body goals, establish key strategies for achieving them and tailor-design the most appropriate eating plan for you. This is what to expect during your first visit:

• targeted medical and lifestyle history
• recall of your usual food intake
• body composition analysis that includes accurate weight, %body fat, hydration status, estimated muscle mass and specific body measurements
• development of specific strategies and the design of an individualised eating plan
• a full written dietary plan and appropriate nutritional education

Reviews/Follow-ups - 30min/20min

Your long-term success lies in your motivation and commitment. Making yourself accountable, measuring your progress and regularly reviewing your goals will help you stay on-track. At the Body Doctor we pride ourselves on going the extra mile and doing whatever it takes to help you get there. In fact, we specialise in it! In our reviews and follow-ups we cover the following:

• general feedback and on-going education
• weight tracking and other body composition changes
• reviewing goals and strategies, setting new directions
• written progress report and supporting material

Couples & Families - 120min

Couples and whole families can benefit from nutritional consultations. Great success can be achieved from making changes together and supporting one another. The services offered for families are the same as those offered for individual consultations.

Skype & On-line Consultations

We are pleased to offer complete assessments, planning and follow-ups using Skype video or email. This is ideal for those people living in remote areas, overseas or are just unable to attend face-to-face meetings.

Our Skype sessions follow the same format as one-on-one consultations and great results can still be achieved no matter where you are! Please remember to provide your Skype name and details when booking an appointment. Email consultations can be arranged by contacting info@thebodydoctor.com.au

Payment for Skype and email sessions can be made using Paypal, direct funds transfer or credit card.

Home and Office Consultations - POA
